Refund/Exchange Policy

Brand New Sneakers:

All purchases through us are final . In cases where it is our fault such as mistake in size, color, model or authenticity of a product sold, we will provide a free exchange policy with products that are equivalent in value or a full refund to your bank account.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for any slow orders fulfilled due to certain reasons such as transferring products from our overseas warehouse which could take up to 2 weeks or slow custom release. 


Used Sneakers:

All used sneakers shown on website are ready stocks and will be shipped out the next day after successful payment except for public holidays. We will ship all our products the next available working day.

All purchases of used sneakers through us are final . We will provide all the necessary details from box condition, sneaker flaws, sneaker condition as well as accessories conditions. Buyers have to check the details of the shoes prior to purchasing it as no refunds will be issued. However, if products received are not as shown on our website, you can issue a report to our email with pictures attached and we will proceed with a detailed investigation. If we found out that it was our mistake, you are entitled to an exchange of product that is equivalent in value, shipping fees for products returning to us will be covered by us.

How to get a refund?

Customers have a 3 days exchange/refund policy starting from the date when the product has been received by the customer from our shipping partner. Once the 3 days period is over, then we will no longer approve any returns or exchanges. 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the purchased condition. If the goods/products have been used, damaged or tried on by the customer, there will not be any exchanges/refunds offered and the product will be returned to you.

We do not refund any shipping expenses paid by the customer for returns unless it is in our fault that the return/refund has to take place .
